Refund Policy

Editorial Services

Due to the nature of editorial services being customized and time-intensive, refunds are not offered.

Book Coaching Services

For book coaching packages, refunds are not offered.

Workshops + Challenges

Refunds for workshops, challenges, and group sessions are not available. If E.L.A. Editorial Co. has to cancel an event, a rescheduled date and time will be offered.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, the session may be forfeited.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds for completed services, our goal is to ensure client satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with the delivered work, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, including possible revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
